If you haven’t seen the show Jersey Shore I am sure you have heard of it. One of the characters, Jenni Farley ( Jwoww) has starting a clothing brand called Filthy Couture. I had the privilege of sitting front row at her runway show to see up close what the line had to offer. Jenni served up lots of lace dress and rhinestones. My favorite pieces from the collection were the lingerie-inspired swimsuits, which retail for less than $130.00.
After meeting Jenni, I was curious to know more about the show and why it received so much press. So I downloaded the first show of last season. Jersey Shore is basically like the Real World times ten. All I can say is that reality TV has changed quite a bite over the last 15 years. Jenni is a big sweetheart; she tells me that season 2 has twice the drama of season 1 and that there are no talks yet of a season 3. Jwoww also clarified that females DO NOT fist pump, it is purely a guy thing.

She’s pretty, but so fake… I just can’t believe you can actually call those little pieces of clothes “couture”. But must be nice to be in the front row of the catwalk. How come you went at a fashion event dress in jeans and ugly gun t-shirt?
Filthy Couture is a brand, the actual clothing is not being labeled as couture. I like the fact that Jwoww is trying to use her 15 minutes of fame, into something bigger.
